The Assisted Opening Wharning knife, designed by Dirk Pinkerton, features a special spring assist mechanism created by Blackie Collins. With a sleek black finish, the blade has a unique reverse tanto wharncliffe style and can be easily opened using the ambidextrous thumb studs. The handle is made with G-10 scales and sits on a nested liner lock frame, providing a sturdy grip. The blade spine has an index groove and jimping, allowing for excellent control. For convenient everyday carry, the pocket clip is positioned for tip-up placement.
